ORDER REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days (no returns or exchange for jewelry) of receiving the merchandise.

2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order. There are no return shipment charges for damaged products!

3. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

4. Products bought on sale are non- refundable. We will be issuing you a gift card of the exact value less Return shipment charges of Flat Rs 250. 6. No exchange or returns on any Jewellery items. 7. Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
