Handloom stole made in natural fibre showcasing centuries old craft. Jamdani are woven by hand using tapestry weaving technique and the weave is called Dhakai. The centuries-old Jamdani (or Dhakai Jamdani) weaving tradition originated in Dhaka, Bangladesh and is today carried forward in West Bengal in the Nadia/Santipur belt. These are feather-light and sheer cotton fabric with fine motifs woven all over the body giving it a luxurious and grand finish. 4-5 days of weaving make a stole.
